This page explains what happens to information you provide on web.als.social, the corporate website of ALS Co., Ltd. The ALS product platforms — ALS Social, ALS Earn and the Investor Portal — each publish their own policies covering the accounts and transactions held there.

What this site collects

• Contact form submissions. When you send us a message we receive the name, email address, optional phone or Telegram handle, enquiry topic and message text that you type, together with your IP address, browser user-agent and a timestamp.
• Server logs. Our web server and our CDN (Cloudflare) record standard request logs — IP address, requested URL, response status, user-agent — for security and troubleshooting.
• Language preference. If you switch the site to Khmer, that choice is stored in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device.

This site does not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and it does not set marketing cookies.

How we use it

Contact form data is used solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up about merchant onboarding, partnership or investment discussions. Server logs are used to keep the site available and to defend against abuse. We do not sell your information.

Where it goes

Enquiries are stored on our server and forwarded to the ALS team through a private Telegram channel and/or email. Traffic to this site passes through Cloudflare, which acts as our CDN and security layer.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle your request and to keep a record of the conversation. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will.

Your choices

You may request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of the information you have sent us. Email [email protected] and we will action it.
